This site exists to give readers in Pakistan an independent editorial view of one broker, and that purpose sets the limits of what we do. We are not the broker, we are not affiliated with it, and we do not open accounts, accept deposits, place orders, or give financial advice. If your question concerns how the review was researched, why a particular point was made, how we assess trading costs, platforms, or withdrawal handling, or how our editorial process works, that is exactly the kind of message we want to receive.
We also welcome questions about the scope of the review, the sources we relied on, and the reasoning behind a conclusion, because readers are entitled to test our work. What we cannot do is act as an intermediary, interpret your personal circumstances, or tell you whether a product suits you. Those decisions belong to you and, where relevant, to a licensed professional you consult independently.
Reach the Broker Through Its Own Channels
For anything involving an existing or prospective account, contact the broker directly. Its official website lists the support routes it operates, and those are the only channels through which account matters can be handled. We do not pass messages to the broker, we do not forward correspondence, and we cannot escalate a case on your behalf.
If you are trying to verify that you are dealing with the genuine firm, use the contact details published on its own site rather than anything you find elsewhere, including here. We deliberately do not reproduce addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses, because details change and a stale copy could mislead you.
Expect a Measured Response Time
Messages sent through the contact form on this site are read by the editorial team, not by a support desk. We aim to acknowledge substantive messages within a few working days and to give a fuller reply where one is warranted within about two weeks. Corrections with documentation attached are usually handled faster than general queries.
We are a small independent operation, so volume and complexity affect timing. If you have not heard back within two weeks, resend your message once and note that it is a follow-up. We do not operate a live chat, a telephone line, or an emergency channel, and we cannot respond to time-sensitive account problems.
Submit a Factual Correction
If you believe something we published is factually wrong, send a correction request through the contact form on this site. State the specific statement you dispute, the page it appears on, what you consider accurate, and the evidence you rely on, such as a dated screenshot, a public notice, or a document from the broker. Precision helps us act quickly.
We review each request against our own sources and will amend, qualify, or remove content where the correction is supported. We publish material changes rather than editing silently, and we will tell you the outcome. Disagreement with an opinion is not a factual correction, though we read those messages too.
Handle Complaints About This Site
Complaints about our own conduct, including accuracy, fairness, tone, or the handling of a previous message, go through the same contact form and should be marked as a complaint. Include what happened, when, and what outcome you are seeking. The editors review complaints directly, and someone not involved in the original decision will assess it where possible.
We will confirm receipt, explain what we found, and say what we intend to do. We cannot offer compensation, adjudicate disputes with the broker, or act as an ombudsman, and nothing on this site should be read as regulatory oversight of anyone.
